1991 Honda CRX Radiator Fan

I have replaced the radiator, checked all relays and fuses, removed the thermostat, and changed the temp fan switch located on the block and my fan still does not come on when my car starts to heat up. Any help...Im going nuts...

Power the fan motor direct from the battery if it comes on, inspect and test the wiring
