Engine Performance problem
1991 Honda CRX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 152k miles

My crx has bad stumble usaully after coming down long hill, and then try to accelerate. Sputters and then will run fine till next time. What was done, plugs -cap- rotor -distributor-wires -o2 sensor-fuel filter-air filter. No check engine light, no codes. Fuel pressure constant 30, vacumm 21in at idle. Still runs the same. Engine run`s strong, idle bounces little then settles after few seconds after closing throttle. Please HELP

A common issue with the d 15 engines is the IAC (idle air controller). It should be located on the intake near the throttle body. Go ahead and remove it, there is a screen inside if there is carbon build up on it that can cause the engine to have a rough idle and stumble upon decel. You can clean it just to check if that helps the issue, if it helps with your issue then go ahead and replace it. The idle air is a sensitive piece of the engine and can fail completely when you clean it out, so make sure you replace it if it fixes the issue.
