16,000 Two Wheel Drive Manual

ok i was drivein my crx and everythig was good then i came to a light to make a right hand turn the car just cutt off on me.the only way it will stay on if i hold the key turn as soon as i let it go it cutts right back off what can this be is this the IGNITION SWITCH or the Ignition Lock Assembly please help me ?????

The contact's may be worn in the ignition switch .. when you turn key does it feel any different .. ie. looses/spinning ..

IGNITION SWITCH
NOTE:The ignition switch is the electrical contact portion of ignition lock cylinder only.

Removal & Installation
Turn ignition off. Remove instrument panel lower trim panel and lower steering column covers. Disconnect 4-pin connector from dash fuse block and 5-pin connector from main wiring harness. See Fig. 8 .
Insert ignition key into lock cylinder and turn cylinder to "0" position. Remove 2 retaining screws and pull ignition switch from ignition lock body. See Fig. 11 . To install, reverse removal procedure.
