1991 Honda CRX car want start.

1991 Honda CRX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have A 91 honda crx with A 1.8 ls motor in it every time I try to start it the motor turns over but no spark.Every time I turn the key to the full off point the cheak engin light comes on. =/ I went over all my grounds everything is good so what can it be.?
