1990 Honda CRX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i have to push start my honda for it to start. I changed my battery, alternator, starter and the neutral safety switch and still nothing. When I turn the key to start the car I hear the rely click but nothing else is happening.I tested the starter wires and and im getting power I just do now what else to try

Are all cables connected good and free of corrosion? At the battery terminals as well as the alternator and starter connections? Does it just click once or rapidly when turning key?

The only thing that clicks is a relay under the dash
