1990 Honda CRX revs at idle

Hi, after i drive my crx for a few minutes when I'm stationary the idle revs to 2000 rpm and then back to low rpm idle, continuously revving up and down. Its really annoying at the traffic lights.

Hi Marsh,

Check the coolant level, IAC, idle adjust screw and fast idle thermo valve.
