My car revs up all the way like is should in neutral buy when I try to drive it it acts like its nit getting enough fuel couse it jerks like crap nd backfires and stuff .....any ideas?

Have you checked the spark plugs and wires?
Seems engine is misfiring. Was any repairs carried out?
