1988 Honda CRX 88 crx loss of power

Hi have an 88 crx, When I go to work no problems but when i go home problems, the engine bogs down, back fireing every now and then, i can pull over wait about 20 min start it up and drive again. I changed wires, plugs, cap and rotor. when this happens i can put it in park rev the engine and it is fine. checked timieing it is ok?

Since it is backfiring, the more likely cause would be the ignition coil since you have already replaced all other ignition components.
