the fuel pump doesn't work right away, it takes several turns of the key before i hear it. and this doesn't happen all the time but there are times when the engine won't rev past 3000 rpms. and when this happens it just sputters and acts like it's running out of gas, if I have the pedal to the floor it sputters but if I barely touch the pedal it won't accel. fast but at least it won't sputter. I think it's a sensor or something but i need help please

Hi bray622,

Your problem seems to originate from fuel starvation.
I would suggest checking the PGM-FI main relay.
