1984 Honda CRX Stalling at every stop

Every time I come to a stop my Honda dies. It always starts right back up. Mechanic said he doesn't think it's a vaccuum leak. Any ideas. Thanks

Check the idle air control valve/motor/ISC, throttle position sensor, and EGR valve
