The left windshield wiper is not moving from it's normal position. Right wiper works fine.
I'd like to fix this myself if possible.

Sounds to me like the wiper arm ball may have popped out of the socket. When you open the hood and remove the cowl above the wiper motor. You should be able to see if the wiper arm is not attached to the wiper motor. If this is the case there is a plastic bushing that needs to be replaced. It attaches the wiper arm to the motor so it can travel.

Thanks for the quick response. I actually just tightened the nut holding on the wiper and it seems to have worked.
