2004 Honda CRV Oil in Cooling System

The radiator is somehow getting oil in it and then the engine runs hot after this happens. What would cause the oil to get into the cooling system?

If it is motor oil, chances are you have a bad head gasket. If it looks like transmission fluid, the radiator / trans cooler is leaking.
