Replacing rear brake pads and rotors isn't too difficult to do. However, if you are struggling with the removal of the brake rotor, there could be a couple of causes.

First, when the brake caliper is removed from the mounting bracket, the mounting bracket as well needs to be removed to allow the rotor to be removed.

If that isn't the case and the rotor seems attached to the hub assembly, chances are it is corroded in place. If that is the case, first loosely place one lug nut on a wheel stud to prevent the rotor from coming off. Then take a heavy hammer and tap on the rear of the brake rotor outward while slowly turning the rotor. Eventually, it will come loose.

If you look at the attachments below, I included the directions specific to your vehicle for removal and replacement of the rear brake pads and rotors. Note, once the brake caliper is removed (pic 2), the carrier or caliper mount will need to be unbolted from the rear of the steering knuckle. There will be two bolts. Once that is off, then you can remove the rotor.
