2003 Honda CRV Four Wheel Drive Manual

When travelling approx 70+ mph and when weight is on the right hand side , whining noise cuts in when pulling, and stops when you take the throttle off.

Hi chrisharrington,

You are gettting noise from the trans and I would suggest checking the trans oil level first. If oil level is correct, one or more of the trans bearing is going bad.

Does the noise appear in 4ht gear at a lower speed? If no, then the 5th gear is the problem.
