I need to change my alternator in my 2003 honda cr-v. Does anyone have any tips?
I have changed alternators on older cars in the past, but this looks more complicated.

do you know if you have to discharge the a/c to get to the alternator?

any help would be great!

thanks!

Hello,

Yes changing your alternator is not too bad make sure you disconnect the battery first, here is a guide and some diagrams to help you get the job done.

Once you get the job done you should test it to make sure its working

Please let me know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Best, Ken
