WHEN I START MY CAR AND SHIFT INTO DRIVE AND DRIVE FOR FOR 5-10 MIN THE LIGHT STARTS TO FLASH ON AND OFF ON THE SHIFT PANEL MARKED ( D)
I CANT FIND ANYTHING IN MY MANUAL ABOUT THIS AND MY CAR SEEMS TO DRIVE FINE SO WHAT UPS

Hi CURT,

There should be something wrong with the trans sensors and driving should not be very fine, just that it might be very slight and you did not notice.

Get a scan done at Autozone to find out what is wrong.

Is the speedometer working? Are gear shiftings very smooth? Are there any jerks while shifting?

I have to answer no to all your questions but I did notice
one time when I was shifting that there was a jerk to the car but again that was quite some time ago and has not happened since

Hi curt little,

Never mind about it for now, just get a scan done.

It could be the lock-up clutch, if so, no noticeable difference in driving, just that the rpm might be a little than previous was and fuel consumption might have gone slightly worse.
