When I drive on a speed from 20-40 mph conistently the car vibrates and it stop's if I take off my foot of the excelerator or if I speed up.
Honda dealer cant figure out whats wrong with it.
Please advice.

Check out inner Cv joints for movement ie. Worn bearings. Vibration typical of a drive shaft vibration

FYI, when this happens the steering sheel is stable and nothing wrong with it.

DOES IT VIBRATE WHEN REVERSING OR TURNING TOO? AND DO U HEAR THE VIBRATE NOISE CERTAIN PLACE OR FEEL IT? IM A HONDA TECHNICIAN.

Yes it does when I turn, but they fixed that and it was the deferential.
But still I have the vibrations.
And yes I can also hear the vibrations all over the car and mostly in the rear tires.
