2002 Honda CRV Broken AC

Air was working great, no indication of low refrigerant, it was strong. In traffic, dead stopped, traffic brakes, I hit the gas, that's it AC gone. I put on my gauges, low end reading is off the chart high, buried the needle in the overcharged zone. High side reading was about 150.

If the compressor was working and the readings were as described, the compressor most probably has failed.
