A vacuum leak could be coming from over a dozen places, it's impossible for me to tell you what to replace.

My advice: Bring it to a mechanic's shop and have them find the vacuum leak. It could be anything from an intake manifold gakset, to as simple as the fuel pressure vacuum line being torn.
