2000 Honda CRV Running Rough

Hi My honda was running rough and stalled out this morning. I had a tough time getting it started, and when I put it in gear it stalled again. Got it home replaced plugs wires cap and rotor. Running much better, should I do anything else

You can change the fuel filter and clean the air filter for good measure and run a fuel injection cleaner.
