I have a high pitched knock in my crv. I can't tell exactly where it is coming from, but it is in the front end. It recently had a tune up. The sound is very clear at 40mph. I've tried to take good care of the car, and this noise is driving me crazy. I will be driving across the country with it in about 2 wks. Any idea what the noise could be? I would appreciate your help very much!
