When I turn right at slow speed get noise from front end, like a chattering noise

could be a outer cv joint isure, also could be a wheel bearing issue, best way to check cvs is try drive slowly in reverse and turn left and right with windows unrolled, if they are bad you will hear a ticking noise

to check wheel bears, jack up the front end and feel for play in the wheel.
