1999 Honda CRV Temperature gauge increases during stop

Just had the radiator hose replaced. While driving the temperature gauge stays in the middle, but sitting at a stop light for more than 1 minute, the temperature increases to almost High. When starting to drive again, the temp goes back down the mid range. Coolant level is fine.

Check if the cooling fans are working. Recheck the coolant level in radiator.
