Engine Performance problem
1998 Honda CRV 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 66k miles

when i try to turn on my car it makes this buzzing sound, it drains my battery when the engine isn't even on and after all that it still doesn't even come on!

Hi there, this sound like a stuck relay, try pulling fuses and relays one at a time until the noise stops, this may locate the problem circuit, start here and advise what you find for further advice.
