1997 Honda CRV Burns Oil in the morning

1997 Honda CRV 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1997 Honda CRV burns oil in the morning for about 30/40 seconds, than all appears normal.
note: this is the orginal stock engine that came with the vehicle, mileage is 150K.

If its the rings and cylinder wear it'll be there all the time. Inspect the valves seals/stems/guides.
