hello, my CRV is giving me a little or slight banging on roads that are barely rough.I'm thinking of changing the struts and springs to a performance one which type or brand would u recommend for a smoother ride?

Hi zaman,

Only the original specs would give you a smooth ride, performance grade would make it harsher.

You should check the stabilizer bushes and end links regarding the knocking noise, more likely to be the cause than the struts.
