How do you dismantle the door from the inside windshield (driver side) and how do you repair the loose windshield?

Sounds like you need a regulator (very common).

This is not a very easy job. If you really want to tackle this yourself I can copy and paste the how-to. Or it may be in your best interest to download or purchase a service manual so that you have images of exactly what to do.
