Hi, I have a leak from the transfer case. I will need to replace the O ring and my question for you is, did you know the part number for that seal or seals? Can you bring to me? Thanks

Hi,

I attached a pic below indicating the part number and price of the seal I believe you are referring to. Check it out and let me know if that is what you needed.

Take care,
Joe

I’m not sure if that seal you show me is what I’m looking for. I saw some pictures and I think the one I need is thinner. Check the picture please.

Hi,

That is the transfer input shaft housing O-ring. I looked and found what I believe is the correct part number. To the best of my knowledge, it is 91301-PH8-005. You can get them on Amazon and other places.

Please keep in mind, it will be important to confirm that once you get the part. However, I feel that is the correct part.

See pic below. I highlighted the part I believe you are looking for. Please confirm that for me. Next, when you reinstall the transfer shaft housing, make sure to lubricate the new o-ring to prevent damage prior to installing it.

Let me know.
Joe

Hi,

For some reason, the torque specs are not listed separately. The only ones I found are in the attached pics. If you need the entire rebuild directions, let me know.

Take care,
Joe
