When I slow my car to stop and while I am stopped, my car makes a grinding noise in the front of my car. No one seems to be able to find what is wrong and any suggestions would help. If you could throw out ideas on what the problem could be/ how much it would cost to fix it, it would be a great help!

PS I drive a '93 honda civic with 82000 miles on it!
