I HAVE A HONDA CIVIC DX SOHC 1.6L ENGINE. IT IS A 2000 MODEL WITH ABOUT 154,000 MILES ON IT.
I HAD THE TIMING BELT REPLACED A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. THE ENGINE CHECK LIGHT CAME ON AND I READ THE CODES 1336 AND 1399. I CLEARED THE CODES AND DROVE ANOTHER WEEK. THE CHECK LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN WITH THE SAME TWO CODES. I HAD MY FOOT IN IT PASSING Another vehicle when they came on. Can you tell me what the probable cause is for those two codes?

thanks

THE ENGINE IS RUNNING GOOD. IF ANYTHING THE IDLE IS A LITTLE FASTER WITH MORE POWER. I ATTRIBUTED THAT TO THE TIMING BELT CHANGE A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO.

THANKS
