2006 Honda Civic Hybrid Overheating

I have replaced my radiator, my thermstat and my car is still overheating. My fans come on only when i turn my AC on. An when i turn my car off my fans do not stay on to cool off the engine. so what could it be

check your coolant temp switch for proper function and the cooling fan relays
