Discussion summary

Heater blower motor/switch

The owner of a 2002 Honda Civic LX reported that the heater fan was not blowing air. They had received conflicting suggestions to replace either the blower motor or the switch. A reply concerned a separate 1998 Civic and did not diagnose the original vehicle.

Reported outcome: No confirmed diagnosis or completed repair was reported for the 2002 Civic.

The reply about purchasing a resistor concerned another vehicle and included no repair result. It does not establish what failed on the original owner’s Civic.
