I would like to know if my 1998 Honda Civic EX is an interference engine or not? If you know please let me know if I need to replace my timming belt or not thank you Travis.

60-70 KM? Time to replace it !

Yes it has an interference type engine. (That`s to say if the timing marks are not lined up properly when installing the new belt, serious engine damage could result)
