You need to narrow down what wheel. Driva along side of a building with the windows down and listen for the noise deflection off the wall. It would alos help to have someone outside of the car listening as well. Once you have the wheel narrowed down, pull the wheel and get a look. May be hardware, broken lining? Hard to say, but it really should get looked.
