AC and Idle issue?

I own a 1995 Honda civic HB I replaced the engine a year or so ago with a D15b. Before I swaped the engine I never had this problem with the AC since then I have. None of the lines were ever disconnected when swapping engine.

The problem

At idle I can run my AC with now problems, moving, the AC runs fine. It is just when I have to seat in stop and go traffic and am moving a inch and having to brake allowing the RPMs to drop or when I'm going to a stop. And have to down shift the RPMs will drop below an unacceptable RPM level and the engine will cut off. Because of the load of the AC. Any help would be great.

First of all I would pull off the IAC valve and clean it. Then if that doesn't do it, I would bump up the bottom end idle on the set screw at the throttle body.
