96 Civic overheats only when park and turnlights are on

I have a 96 civic, 112k mileage, everytime I turn on the headlights the temp. Gauge reads high, the moment I turn it off the temp stabilizes, What could be the problem, replaced the thermo and switch, cylinder head gasket, sender. Is this a false overheating issue or an authentic one?

Could be the coolant temperature sensor or the temperature gauge sending unit. The electric fans are they coming On -when was the thermostat last changed?Is sounds more like a wiring problem

Have the charging system check.
