Smells problem
2010 Honda Civic LX 1.8L 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 3000+ miles

I smell fumes when I open my windows while driving. I am not sure if I can smell them with the windows closed. It smells like oil fumes. I don't think it smells like gas. It smells similar to the fumes that come out when taking the oil filler cap off. And I never drive with the oil filler cap off.

This being a new vehicle under warranty, you should get back to the dealer to have it checked.

Furthermore without the physical vehicle and understanding where the smell is coming from, it is not possible to provide any suggestions.
