2009 Honda Civic

I just purchased a brand new 2009 4-door honda civic last month. This morning when I tried to start it, it would not start. It starts, but it wouldnt start completely. The technician said it is not the battery. He said it could be something to do with the power. Another technician asked if we had been riding on salt. I do not know what that mean. Do you know what can cause a brand new 2009 Honda Civic to stop running?

Hi there,

This can be caused by a number of things, what the tech will have to do is check the ECU for set fault codes and run a live data stream to check for any problems, this will be all under warranty so don't take no for an answer.
