I'm will be travling from dallas tx to memphis, tenn on tomorrow. i had my tires rotated but the steering wheel still shakes. It was told to me that I need a aligment and two new tires due to a little baldness. Can I be able to travel?

As long as the tires are not severely bald, you should be 'safe' to drive.
