I have a cig. lighter not working. I have looked for a blown fuse and cannot find one. Can you please help?

Have you located the fuse though? If you cannot locate the fuse, just check all of them quickly with a testlight.
If that checks out, pull the light assembly out and check for power and ground. It's a very simple circuit.
