I bought a set of some cheap tires from discount and had them put on and had road noise, took them back and had 2 brand new Michelin Pilot tires put on the front and it helped the noise a lot but now it is getting worse, the dealership said it was the wheel bearing, someone else said the rear struts, how can I check?

First of all thank you much for your donation.I couldn't see the rear strut's causing road noise.I would think it was the wheel bearing before the strut's.Are they saying the front or the rear wheel bearing is bad?
