2007 Honda Civic cracked block

I have a cracked block that is a common problem> My question is, Is the replacement short block any better than the original one that cracked. If Honda does the work should I trust the car or get rid of it?

They have re-engineered the casting on the blocks so that they do not crack. I would trust the new engine they are putting in 100%.
