i went to jiffy lube and got an oil change...about 800 miles later my drain plug fell out and oil spilled at once blowing my engine...IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THEY DIDN'T TORQUE THE DRAIN PLUG CORRECTLY AND OVER TIME THE DRAIN PLUG FELL OUT??????

Hi there,

If the drain plug was done up correctly you would not have a problem, your problem now is getting them to admit that they did not do it up tight.
