2006 Honda Civic Help....

I just replaced all 4 tires, was driving on the road and a slapping noise started, checked all 4 tires all are fine but the front left tire area is making a horrible slapping noise when I reach 30 plus miles....what could this be?

If you have hubcaps, make sure they are tight, I'd re-torque the wheel nuts as well. Does this noise change when you brake or turn?
