Engine Mechanical problem
2006 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I accidently went through car was with gas cap off, there is not a metal flap on the inlet, I am not sure how much water got into the tank, i have driven the car for at least 5 miles since with no issue. Should I follow up with a "gas drier" change fuel filter, or have the tank drained?
