My wifes Honda has a clicking sound coming from the front right wheel area, it starts at about 25 mph. You dont have to be turning to hear the noise, and it doesnt change whether you turn the wheel or keep it straight. Sounds kinda like a rock in the tire but there isnt, thought maybe the brake lining had seperated from the brake pad so i tried appling the brakes to stop the sound but that didnt work either. It doesnt roar like a bad bearing so I dont know what it is, i wouldnt think it would be anything major because of the mileage and condition of the car.
