my tires have bumps on the inside of the tires. some people say it was caused by the shocks other say its the tires. i am confused. i just got the tires and now they are ruined but before I buy new tires I want to know what is going on. can someone please tell me is it possible that the shocks can cause this problem or is it the tires?

You need to purchase new shocks/struts and get an alignment done, as well as new tires.

You won't have any issues after doing all that work.
