2005 Honda Civic Loose feeling seats

I've been driving my daughter's honda - and she came home and got in the seat and says it "wobbles" - both side to side and back to front. How do we tighten this up?

There are bolts/nuts that hold the seat to the rails and then there are bolts/nuts that hold the rail to the floor.Probably easiest to unbolt it from the floor to turn it over to get access to the rail bolts.
