What is the hose that comes out of the floor board underneath the 05 civic. And y does it leak water from time to time

Is AC on when you see water? If yes that is the condensation tube for Evap. Normal

Was Ac on before you shut car off? If yes drain tube normal

To the best of my knowledge I had turned on the cool aiir to cool off the car. Without the a/c on

I didn't press the A/C button
