DTC PO 400 EGR and sensor was replaced. DTC PO400 still kicks back up. what to do?

Our database does not have the trouble code mentioned. Can you recheck if the code is correct?

What scanner was used? Maybe you should try with a different scanner to see if the codes remain the same.
